Packages Group is proud to secure first place in the Climate2Equal Peer Learning Platform, an initiative led by the IFC – International Finance Corporation and CERB. This platform supports over 90 companies in implementing gender-responsive climate action plans, empowering women to lead in climate-smart solutions and reflecting our strong commitment to both gender diversity and climate action.

Through this initiative, we identified green jobs within the organization and provided relevant green skills through a comprehensive training program in collaboration with the Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering at Lahore University of Management Sciences. This program focused on integrating women into climate-related decision-making by identifying roles that could be adapted for sustainable practices.
